TTMIK (Talk to me in Korean) is a one stop shop to find all the resources you need to learn Korean. They are especially good for self study. They have a variety of textbooks and courses for all levels and if you have a specific question about a grammar point or otherwise they probably have a video explaining it.
NAVER DICTIONARY

Naver dictionary (네이버 사전) is the most used online Korean dictionary. While the website link is for the full dictionary there is also a Korean-English English-Korean Dictionary page as well.

TYPING PRACTICE (HANGUL)

A blog post by FluentU featuring tips and tricks for improving your typing in Korean. It also features links to websites where you can practice your typing and instructions for downloading a Korean keyboard.
SBS VOD

Korea's SBS offers a selection of TV shows to watch for free. You may however need to use a VPN.
You can search for SBS on the app/play store. The correct one has a white background with SBS written in blue.
VIKI RAKUTEN TV

Don't have a VPN but want to watch Korean TV for free? Try Viki. Viki has a selection of shows with English subtitles available. Some shows even allow you to use the learning mode which features both English (or your preferred language) and Korean Subtitles. This mode allows you to mouse over the subtitles to see their translation to help you learn.
LANGUAGE LEARNING WITH NETFLIX EXTENSION
Netflix extension
If you have Netflix and want simultaneous subtitles in two languages this extension is for you. It allows you to watch any Netflix show with two languages subtitles shown at once. You can change which Languages are shown and the possibilities are only limited to what languages that specific show or movie has as its subtitle options.

KBS World Radio allows you to listen to and read news related to Korea in English. It also features radio programs designed to help you learn Korean.

EBS is Korea's educational broadcasting service which features all kinds of educational material in Korean for various subjects but also courses to learn Korean in English.

This is a Korean Language Course for beginners offered by Yonsei University through Coursera. It is offered for free and after completing the course, you will be able to

Korean Studies is also offered as a Major/Minor and many of its courses can also be taken as electives. With 8 levels of Korean Language courses from complete beginner to advanced courses.
The Language major is offered under a Bachelor of: Arts, Asian Studies, Languages, Philosophy (Honours) or as part of the Diploma of Languages. At ANU, Korean is taught in a way that balances learning to communicate with developing student’s ability to access the rich cultural resources available in Korean literature, film, culture and society.
